Vitamins are essential substances for the proper functioning of all the systems that make up your body.
Similarly, they are also very effective in treating certain health problems, such as human papillomavirus (HPV) and the genital warts it causes.
However, not all are equally effective. On this occasion, we will focus on vitamin E and explain why it is so important to eliminate the annoying warts you suffer from.
The quickest answer to the title of this article is: yes, vitamin E is useful for genital warts and is an excellent natural remedy. But…
There are certain ways to use it. And most importantly, if you eliminate warts, they will reappear unless you cure HPV as we explain in this article.

Why will vitamin E help you eliminate your genital warts?
Vitamin E has traditionally been considered one of the most effective agents in addressing all types of skin problems.
In fact, doctors often prescribe supplements of it to those suffering from dermatitis and similar diseases.
This is mainly because vitamin E plays a key role in the healing of tissues and their subsequent regeneration. It promotes better blood circulation, which facilitates the arrival of the immune system to areas affected by the problem.
For its part, vitamin E is one of the most potent antioxidants known. What does this mean?
Very simple. In your body, there are harmful agents commonly known as free radicals.
These have a crucial participation in the development of HPV and the appearance of warts, as they generate oxidative stress in skin cells.
However, when vitamin E enters your body, these free radicals are eliminated in a very short time, allowing your immune system to work more efficiently on warts and HPV, which is the root cause of the problem.
How much vitamin E does your body need each day to get rid of warts?
According to various scientific studies we have accessed, we can tell you that a dose of 200 IU per day for two months is more than enough to end your wart problem.
Additionally, you should know that your body is very receptive to this type of vitamin if you are suffering the consequences of HPV.
Therefore, as I will explain below, you can use it in various ways.
How should you take vitamin E to be effective against warts?
As I just mentioned, there are several ways. In general, they are summarized in two: orally or topically, that is, applying it directly to the skin.
My advice is to combine both methods, always considering the state, intensity, and quantity of warts you suffer from.
Topical route
In case they have appeared in large numbers, applying vitamin E directly to them will be best.
But how can you do it? Specifically, you must look for creams and ointments that have vitamin E as the main agent.
In this regard, my advice is not to resort to those usually sold in pharmacies and made from chemicals and drugs that may cause side effects.
Always go to a natural store that ensures the product is completely natural. From there, you should apply the cream directly to the warts three times a day.
In less than a week, they may dry out completely, and you will only have to wait for them to fall off on their own.
Avocado oil or, directly, the vitamin E oil sold by many natural stores, applied directly to the warts, will also be very useful to get rid of them.
Oral route
In case your problem is not so severe or, failing that, you want to explore various ways to get rid of your genital warts using vitamin E, it is best to also take it orally.
In this regard, it will be very easy to find this vitamin in natural stores and herbalists sold as supplements. They usually come as capsules or drops.
However, there are more natural ways to obtain this vitamin that will be so helpful against warts. Vitamin E is quite easy to find in foods.
- Without a doubt, the foods with the highest amount of vitamin E in their composition are nuts. This is why I recommend that, from this precise moment, you eat peanuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts for a snack and tea time. They will quench your hunger and help you solve your problem. Also, add them to your salads. However, those nuts must be natural and not processed or cooked.
- On the other hand, avocado is another extremely vitamin E-rich food that should not be missing from your diet. Don’t be fooled by those who say it has many calories and can make you gain weight, as its fatty acids are very healthy. Besides, it is delicious.
Lastly… what should you do if you have HPV?
These were some tips to help you know how to deal with HPV. However, there is much more you need to do if you really want to get rid of HPV and warts forever.
What you need to do is GET RID OF THE ROOT of the problem.
For that reason, I recommend you to look into Dr. Kirkland's story and how he was able to cure HPV and get rid of warts for good.
I wish you great success in your recovery!
