HPV, or Human Papillomavirus, is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections today, mainly from unprotected sex.
It is known to cause, in many cases, cervical cancer (or penile or other types of cancer) or genital warts.
There is a question of whether this virus has a treatment or not, and whether antibiotics are part of it. Many wonder how some people overcome the infection, while others end up suffering from some type of cancer.
If you want to know the answers to these questions, we invite you to continue reading.

Is there an antibiotic for HPV?
No, no antibiotic works to treat HPV. There are no antibiotics to treat viruses simply because they cannot be cured with this type of medication. No matter the virus, antibiotics should not be used for any viral infection.
Rather, for these types of diseases, antivirals are prescribed, which do not cure the infection, but help the immune system fight it.
However, there is currently no traditional medical treatment that eliminates HPV. There is a natural medicine treatment (but more on this later).
If you don’t follow any natural treatment, it can take the body about two years to get rid of HPV. But you can speed this up with a treatment that optimizes your immune system.
It is important to mention that there is a preventive treatment, and that is vaccines. If applied in time, they can prevent you from contracting HPV.
What to do to eliminate the human papillomavirus?
In general, everything is based on maintaining a strong immune system. If your defenses are and remain in optimal condition, your body can eliminate HPV more quickly and without problems.
On the contrary, a person with a weak immune system may suffer the consequences of this viral infection. If the body cannot fight it, the virus stays, increasing the possibility of developing cancer or genital warts.
Actually, keeping your defenses strong will help you fight any disease. And… how can you do it? Mainly through diet. Consuming foods that provide vitamins is very important to fight HPV.
For example:
- Red fruits.
- Carrot.
- Green vegetables.
- Citrus.
- Nuts.
- Olive oil.
What vitamin is good for human papillomavirus?
All vitamins are important, but vitamin A is the most indispensable when you have HPV.
We all know its general benefits, such as it is necessary:
- for growth and development,
- it helps the heart function properly
- and contributes to normal vision.
But in addition to these contributions, one of the most important is supporting the immune system. It turns out that vitamin A has antioxidant properties that strengthen the cells of our immune system.
Even recent studies have found that this vitamin helps prevent the development of cervical cancer in women with HPV.
One of the most outstanding investigations on the subject has been from the Department of Genetics and Molecular Biology of Cinvestav.
For the study, they used transgenic mice with the E7 oncogene to simulate a high-risk HPV infection in women. They divided them into two groups, one was given a diet rich in vitamin A and the other group was not. In addition, they included another group of mice without the E7 oncogene.
When analyzing the study’s objectives, they determined that 90% of the mice that were deprived of vitamin A developed cervical and uterine cancer or showed signs of having the disease.
On the other hand, the group that did consume vitamin A, even though they had the E7 oncogene and lesions were sighted, they saw a good attack by the immune system, preventing it from progressing to cancer.
The doctor who led the research, Patricio Gariglio Vidal, explained that vitamin A is vital for activating apoptosis mechanisms (programmed cell death) or stopping the growth of cancer cells.
These were some tips to help you know how to deal with HPV. However, there is much more you need to do if you really want to get rid of HPV and warts forever.
What you need to do is GET RID OF THE ROOT of the problem.

Other tips for HPV
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is ideal in any situation, but if you have HPV it’s even more so.
Exercising, reducing stress levels, and avoiding consumption of harmful substances are practices that will help you optimize your immune system.
Added to this, having a good diet and sleep routine also brings many benefits.
Exercise
Staying physically active not only helps you to have a good figure, increase the size of your muscles, improve resistance, and maintain an adequate weight. Exercise also allows you to have a healthy heart and provide oxygen to your brain.
In addition to this, it improves mood and helps prevent a variety of diseases, such as stroke, diabetes, hypertension, and even cancer.
Reduce stress
It’s complicated to lead a life without stress, but it’s recommended to control it and not let it reach extreme levels. Stress doesn’t bring anything good to our health; on the contrary, it actually wreaks quite a lot of havoc on our body.
Many studies have proven that stress weakens our immune system, something that is not convenient when you have HPV.
That’s why it’s important to practice activities that reduce it, such as meditating, playing sports, or any other activity that you like.
Balanced eating
In a previous section, we have already mentioned how important it is to maintain a balanced diet, which provides all the nutrients that our body needs, especially our immune system when talking about a case of HPV.
Consuming a good amount of fruits, vegetables, and legumes daily will provide different vitamins and antioxidants that our body needs to work properly, especially the cells of our defense system.
Get enough sleep
Not getting enough sleep weakens your immune system, as many studies have proven.
In the case of HPV, people who sleep less than 8 hours are more likely that their defenses do not attack the virus properly and fail to eliminate it from the body.
These were some tips to help you know how to deal with HPV. However, there is much more you need to do if you really want to get rid of HPV and warts forever.
What you need to do is GET RID OF THE ROOT of the problem.

I wish you great success in your recovery!
